Registration Information

To register, please fill out the registration form and then reserve your room via one of the methods below.

Please remember that the reservation cut off date is due on February 4, 2008.

You can now reserve your room via one of the following methods:

1) Contact Groople Customer Support Team
Please advise your guests to contact our Customer Support Team at 1-888-447-6675, prompt # 1 for 'Group Hotel Department' and mention Ref. ID GPIBB0. You can also email them at customersupport@groople.com. Use this method to register if you are checking in before March 3rd and/or checking out after March 5th.

2) Online Reservation

Please note that on the online reservation system, all rooms have been set up for a 2 night stay, check in March 3, check out March 5, 2008. If any guests would like to shorten or lengthen stay, or check in on other dates other than March 3, 2008, please contact our Customer Support Team as above. Use this online method only if you are checking in on March 3rd and checking out on March 5th.
